Leadership - Ethical Challenge
Module One - Ethical? Leadership?
Everything is changing so how does that impact leadership? Here the progression of leadership: Transactional, Transformational, Servant, to Ethically Fluent, will be explored. The definition and purpose of leadership and spirituality will be revisited, and participants will take a quick assessment to get a perspective on their own leadership style and assess possible avenues for growth.
Module Two - Fiscally Astute Ethically
We will explore some of the myths about finances and economics and discover how having a holistic framework (body, mind, spirit and emotions) can offer insight and innovative approaches to the corruption in these areas.
Module Three- Managing People - Ethical Challenge
How does people management create culture? When we have a better understanding of the role of leadership in cultural development and by working with the assessment material from the first class, participants will create a personal growth plan that aligns with a fun, effective and juicy workplace.
Module Four - Achieving Global Impact
A brief introduction to system dynamics including an acquaintance with leverage points allows an ethically fluent leader to achieve a significant impact. Each level of system has its own requirements and leverage points to make effective change.
Module five - Next Steps
This interactive Q&A session will tie up any lose ends, allow participants to share their successes and lessons with each other.
Each module has it's own workbook and participants will be expected to active integrate the information into real time action. Kathryn will be available by email through out the class to answer any burning questions or to offer insight into issues.
While reading What's It Mean - Shifting To Green? is not mandatory, however the concepts in the book will support the class material.
